We provide shipping services to Switzerland, European and International destinations. We offer free delivery for Switzerland and Europe. There is an additionnal flat rate charge for International shipping at checkout.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Geneva, CH studio. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Such fees are not covered by Iman Ama. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES FOR PRE-ORDERS
Due to the nature of quality small batch production that we utilise to reduce waste, please note that orders are open during 8 weeks at which point, the batch is sent to production with a lead time of 8 -12 working weeks. Once production is complete, standard shipment is sent via UPS and will take 2-7 business days once shipped. We thank all of you for your patience.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations after placement of your order on our website. If you would like to discuss further in regards to your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please don’t hesitate to contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. We provide a signature request to all shipments.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you will be satisfied with your items. However, if for any reason, you are unsatisfied or your order presents production defects, you can return the product(s) for a full refund (except EU / International shipping costs) or an exchange (subject to stock availability) within 14 days of receipt.
To organise the return, as well as exchange and / or refund, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions and / or to make sure we put aside the product that you wish to exchange for. Please however note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund you receive.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To be eligible for a return, the items need to be returned unused and in original condition. They may of course be unpacked to be examined but please be careful with their packaging, which should be returned along with all the goods accompanying them.
Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as they were shipped to them. In any case, please clearly mark the package as “returned goods” when shipping it back to us.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to organise a return. Additionally, we only accept returns of articles purchased through our Iman Ama E-Shop. Anything purchased from authorised sellers must be returned to the place of purchase.
Please note there are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable): any item (i) not in its original condition, (ii) damaged or missing parts for reasons not resulting from a mistake on our end and/or (iii) a return is made more than 14 days after delivery. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (this is not applicable to the current private pre-order sale).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received them, and if they are or eligible or not for a return. If you paid using a credit / debit card, the refund will be processed and go onto that same original method of payment. It may take up to 14 days before the money is credited.
